We sometimes get this question.
And the answer is, you can but it’s not reliable. ORQA is based on Eclipse and the eclipse system makes locks on files and temp / cache files, the two instances will be fighting each other. You should be able to run two separate copies reliably though, e.g. from a separate copy of orqa on the hard drive).
